Gombe People Hails Tinubu Over Reappointement of Yelwa as MD HYPPHADEC

The Gombe Unity and Development Mandate Forum.(GUDMF) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu  for reappointement of Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa as the Managing Director of the Hydro Power Producing Areas Development Commission HYPPADEC.

Addressing a Press Conference at Chartwell Hotel in Bauchi the Secretary GUDMF  Engineer Aliyu Musa Aliyu 

expressed their  warmest congratulations to Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa  (Katukan Yauri) on his well-deserved reappointment as the Managing Director of the Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (HYPPADEC).

Aliyu said “The reappointment is a testament to his faith in Almighty Allah, unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and outstanding contributions to the development of hydroelectric power-producing communities in Nigeria. 

“His first tenure was marked by remarkable strides in infrastructural development, youth empowerment, and sustainable initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of many across the HYPPADEC member states.

“We are confident that under his renewed leadership, he will continue to justify the confidence reposed in him ,through exemplary leadership style that will make  HYPPADEC to achieve even greater milestones in line with its mandate”. 

"We in Gombe State Nassarawa and Taraba were included in HYPPHADEC because of his zeal mission and determination to move the nation forward we will never forget that  "

" already the host communities residing in Dadin Kowa Dam in Gombe State has started benefitting from HYPPHADEC initiatives which is improving their living conditions "

Leader of the group called on the Senate to screen him and allow him to continue in the best interest of Nigeria especially the benefitting communities of HYPPHADEC programmes"
