Climate Change: ATAP Entreat Alliance, as 2000/21 IJMB Donates 200 Seedlings

The Management of Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic Bauchi Entreat collaboration to improve afforestation within the environment and the host communities
They made the discloser during a reunion of 2000/2001 class of Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) held at ASUP Secretariat of the polytechnic recently
The Rector Dr. Hashim Hassan Sabo of the institution represented at the event was excited and commended the foresight of the old boys from the IJMB class to do the most dearly initiative on tree plantation to fight against land degradation within the school vicinity
He assures of the IJMBites of maintenance and sustainable of the trees to nuture and reap the benefit of such gesture not only the institution alone but the entire humanity
While former Rector Professor Shuaibu Musa at the occasion expressed happiness describing the effort done by the old IJMB students as commendable
Therefore, appreciating them for making a history of the school, urging them to sustain the tempo for the younger ones to emulate
Chairman of the occasion and Member of class of 2000/01 IJMB Malam Yahaya Kawure explained that many of us are still willing to contribute to the development of the school in many more ways
Kawure appreciates all lecturers who impacted knowledge to all members of the class adding that their contribution and confidence built in IJMB members cannot be forgotten
He thanked all the management team, non academic staff and other personnel of the institution
Highlights of the reunion gathering was the presentation of mothern 200 tree seedlings to the school management and the symbolic planting the trees at the selected areas within the school premises as well
