A cross section of passengers in Bauchi state have identified poor implementation of policies as one of the major causes of the present increase in the coast of living.
They were reacting to the shortcomings in the implementation of the 50% Yulitide travel waiver which transport unions confirmed had noticeable lapses that made it difficult for Nigerians to enjoy.

Joshua Nanvet a resident of Bauchi and other Passengers attributed the current high cost of living to improper implementation of government policies, as well as insincerity on the part of some leaders.
Auwal Ibrahim is the chairman RTEAN at Awala Motor pack also expressed concern over the slash of 50% transport fare by the federal government saying the issue seemed like a public relations stunt sat most states do not have access to the companies approved for the waiver.
Ibrahim ISAH is a driver at the jos road motor pack shared his thoughts on the low patronage of passengers said the situation was not encouraging for their business at this period of fuel subsidy removal.
They urged the federal government to always employ the services of those who are key players in any area they intend to execute a policy to ensure that it reaches the target population.
