Widows of the deceased Soldiers fought for supreme sacrifice to the survival of the nation has described the current economic situation as unbearable and many of them are faced with uncertainty with their orphans
They disclosed this after recieving handouts donated by the Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association at the Nigerian army armoured corps Bauchi to celebrate Christmas and New year
Leader of the windows Roseline Titus during an interview with journalists confirmed that some of their members are still struggling with life experience
Affirming that some of them are not living in their shelters unlike before when their spouses are alive
Chairperson of the association Hafsat Ahmed at the event explained the gesture is part of Christmas celebration to make them happy and have a sense of belonging during the Yulitide period
While in his remark shortly the army armoured corps commander Mohammed Ahmed pointed out that the sacrifice made by thier husbands cannot be forgotten
Ahmed charged soldiers wives across the country to be more dedicated in supporting thier husbands while protecting the Nigerian territorial integrity
