Gov.Bala Reinforces Commitment to Unity and Social Welfare Through Maulud Donation

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has donated 600 bags of rice to Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi in support of the forthcoming 2025/1447 Maulud celebration.

The donation was delivered through the Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management, led by Commissioner Hon. Hajara Yakubu Wanka, who was represented by her Senior Special Assistant, Hon. Auwal Abubakar Bukar Birma.

At a brief handover ceremony held at Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi’s residence in Kofar Gombe, Bauchi, the gesture was warmly received by one of the Sheikh’s sons on behalf of the family. He conveyed the family’s appreciation, describing the governor’s support as a testament to his commitment to the welfare and progress of the people.

Governor Bala’s contribution underscores his administration’s consistent focus on social welfare, community development, and the promotion of religious harmony. His support for Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi not only aids the smooth organization of the Maulud celebration but also reinforces the governor’s efforts to foster unity and peaceful coexistence across the state.
