Communities Applaud Gov.Bala Over Ongoing 18.88km Road, Rural Electricity in Misau LGA

Communities of Hardawa Gwaram and Akuyam in Misau local government area of Walyan Yamma have expressed deep appreciation to Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of the state for ongoing construction of 18.88 kilometers road linking many communities as well as rural electrification in the area.

Speaking to newsmen during a facility tour in Gwaram community, Kabiru Sani said that road cut across communities of Hardawa town, Jarkasa, Lafiya, Umala, Tulu-Tulu, Wurukudu, Gwaram and Akuyam towns.

  Rural roads ongoing project in Misau LGA 

According to Sani, since the commencement of the project to its present stage of completion, the project has put simle in the faces of the residents.

"We are happy with it, we appreciate His Excellency, governor Bala Mohammed for constructing this road, it is now that we know democracy is working", he noted

   Misau LGA Chairman Explaining to Media on State's Project 

Another resident Musa Adam, sad as benefitting communities who are mostly farmers, the road has eased movement of farm produce and other goods to markets, unlike before when movement was not possible especially when it is September.

He maintained that, "Before now, when it is September no vehicle can move from Gwaram town to Hardawa, at that period businesses are grounded, even to take patients to hospital was not possible, but we thank God that it has become a history now",

  Walyan Yamma,Rural Electricity Project by Governor Bala of Bauchi 

In the same vain, the Councilor representing in Walyan yamma, said the electrification project was commisioned by the wife of the governor Hajiya Dr.Aisha Bala Mohammed, he noted that the pwner supply would reduce d many of their challenges especially charging their phones and other essentials for the masses, 

"because every house was given a light in this community and the chairman provided service wires to many houses to compliment state government efforts towards electrifying this village we that God for that, we really appreciate"

Similarly, the chairman of Misau local government area Alhaji Salisu Husasaini Hardawa.while speaking to media disclosed that the ongoing road construction work has started yielding positive result, as business activities have been boosted.

"This road is very important to us in these communities, because we have been yearning for the construction of this road for long", the LG chairman said. 

"We have never expected it to be done until the coming of His Excellency, our Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed who during his electioneering campaigns promised to do the road and he has fulfilled his promise", he added.

Hardawa further said that the construction work has gone far, emphasizing its timely completion.

He therefore, commended the governor for constructing the road and many other developmental projects and programmes in Misau local government area.

The local government chairman who recalled that the road construction project was flagged off last year, said many other projects have been executed by the present administration of Bala Mohammed across 20 LGs of the state.
