We are Loyalist to LP Leadership After Supreme Court Verdict--Zonal Vice Chairman

The zonal and state leadership of Labour Party in Bauchi state have throw their loyalty and support to Senator Esther Nenadi Usman as the sole and substantive National Chairperson of the party after the supreme court judgement recently

The erstwhile, Zonal Vice Chairman of the party Bauchi South Senatorial Zone, Reverand Joshua Sunday disclosed this in a press statement on Saturday.

Therefore, the zonal chairman called all their members in the states and the obedient family to join them in reposition labour party Bauchi State to ensure its success in all political spheres and negotiations.

He added that, "we are a law-abiding party faithful and the apex court of the land remains the last resort and its judgement remains sacrosanct, in light of that, we labour party and its excos from ward level in Bauchi State have fully pledge loyalty to the Leadership of Sen. Esther Nenadi Usman".

He further stressed that, "Our loyalty to Peter Obi is non-negotiable and we'll continue to offer our underserved support and solidarity in every political adventure taken to restore Nigeria to its lost glory. 

"the Nigerian state under the APC led administration has become a beacon of hopelessness, financial banditry, clannishness, impunity, unemployment insecurity, inflation and other negative indices that has engulfed the country in the last 10 years and the task of rescuing it from the hands of amateur leaders is definitely an act of patriotism for all Nigerians and in that light, we fully support the Coalition to ouster the ruling party and to provide Nigerians with dividends of democracy"  Reverend Sunday Recalled.

In lieu of the Above, the erstwhile Zonal Vice Chairman Bauchi South Senatorial Zone offer himself as Aspirants to serve the party, while citing his current track records as Zonal Vice Chairman Bauchi South, speaks for itself and that gave him an edge to be elected as the next state chairman of labour party in Bauchi state.

The statement further appreciated INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmood Yakubu for  recognizing the interim Chairperson of their great party during that trying period for the party and its leadership.

He therefore appeal to all Excos from ward level in all the 20 local government areas of Bauchi state to join hands with them and put labour party in the state as one of the viable opposition platforms to provide viable alternative to the people from grassroots to the very top.
