With the various challenges in place, ranging from moral decadence to addressing the large numbers of social deviance in Northern Nigeria and beyond, this non-profit organization is registering its allegiance to achieving a common course. The essence of forming this movement is to recapture the lost glory and missing links of Arewa, as it was in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

During those times, there was sound and effective parenting, moral support, upbringing, parental guidance, and supervision, where morality counted first before any other thing. 

Effective morality brings lasting prosperity, wisdom, development, and peace in all global democratic societies, including non-democratic governance systems like communist and socialist settings, and even in monarchical systems of government across the world.

According to UNESCO's 2004 report, the most essential ingredients to lasting peace and unity globally in the development spectrum are justice, truth, and integrity – the making of all great societies. Under the leadership of Lawan Haruna Yunus, this organization has achieved much, and significant progress and commitment are underway to build lasting and sustainable peace, democracy, unity, and governance across Northern Nigeria and beyond.

It's equally imperative to note that this organization, under the national presidency of Ambassador Lawan Yunus, has consulted with many stakeholders regarding unity, peace, and prosperity, in accordance with international law, norms, and regulations, and globally acceptable standard guidelines. The recent meeting of her executives in Lagos.

Nigeria, shows absolute commitment to addressing lingering concerns related to poverty reduction and empowerment initiatives among youths, including women's wings of society.

This reflects responsible leadership and the resilience of Ambassador Lawan Yunus as President of the Arewa Coalition for Peace and Unity. Stakeholders need to support this organization with logistics, funds, and resourceful, solid advice, with a view to encouraging younger generations to participate in the peace and unity-building process.

The organization has reputable executives across 19 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, presenting a great opportunity for development and unity in our society, and ensuring proper governance and development in accordance with the norms and principles of democratic processes in the region.

The organization has outlined solid guidelines and development templates that all politicians in the North should abide by, bringing positive development, good leadership, and unity to the entire country – hallmarks of development initiatives towards improving the living standards of our society.

Under the amiable leadership of Ambassador Lawan Harun Yunusa, Northern Nigeria and beyond will have a roadmap to national unity, peace, and development initiatives by realigning with like-minded partners and stakeholders who are committed to ensuring sustainable peaceful coexistence and development in our society.

Ambassador Lawan has been involved in global peace initiatives and development for over two decades, with experience in development, technology, political democracy, and sound and effective ideas regarding bringing positive mindsets, values, validation of wisdom, integrity, and transparency to our society.
