The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations have again reiterated it commitment in managing any forms of crises through professional ways in a manner to have a sustainable peace and tranquility among people.

National President of the institute Dr. Ike Neliaku made the revelation in an interactions with the management of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University ATBU Bauchi on Monday.

The President was represented by the fellow of the institute Dr. Andy Iheme accompanied by the Bauchi state chapter of NIPR during a special visit to identified and felicitate with University on the recent appointment of the new registrar of the institution Dr. Alhaji Kabiru Aminu Garba.

Ike Neliaku appreciate the new registrar for his humility in serving the people of not only his immediate community but the Bauchi state and Nigeria as whole.

While assuring the ATBU for having a registrar with full of experience in managing issues affecting the education sector, especially an institution of learning where people with different characters and background across the country come to acquire knowledge.

He also, told ATBU management they would not regrate having Kabiru Garba Aminu as the new registrar at this critical time when the country's education system need a purposeful leadership to thrive.

"ATBU was instrumental in shaping the NIPR not just at the local chapter but Nationally, we want to appreciate your media friendliness with somebody like your director of public relations who also from the media, you are at home Sir,"

"the less crises you have the more progress you would make, and I believe with the director of your PR you can manage your crises, but we want tell you that NIPR and Journalism have come together, there is confluence now, so we are here to assist in managing crises, if there is any crises you think we can be involved in, pls feel free Sir, to contact us we are willing," he emphasized.

Neliaku further maintained that, the way we are here, our network is enormous we have the ears from the traditional institutions, to the legislatives some to the executives arm, and there are people here can assist in any way where you wanted them to assist."
