We Resolved not to Partake in Nationwide Planned Protest--United CSOs

A coalition of concerns groups know sa united civil society organizations in Bauchi state have declared not to participate on the planned nation wide protest barely two days to go
They made their intention known to Journalists during a press conference held at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Tomb in Bauchi, the state capital
Addressing journalist on the latest development, the groups under the auspices of united civil society organizations which already were part of the planned protest, "Tagged EndbadGovernment" says now they are not interested to participate and gave reasons for their action while making fresh demands to federal government for the good of all Nigerians
in addition, during an interview Short after the conference, Aliyu Mukaddas further stressed that even if they participate they have the fear hoodlums will used that advantage to unleashed mayhem and destruction of properties of ordinary Nigerian
Therefore, we no longer interested in the protest action that would not augur well with the citizens now we have suspended the protest in the interim pending on the next government reactions on the welfare of Nigerian citizens that are in hardship situation.
Further more, the amalgameted groups enumerates some of their demand to Federal Government that they should end subsidy scam and reverse fuel price to below N300 per litter, bring tertiary education fees back to their previous rates, restore electricity tariff, and price control on essential commodities.
